How our rentals work

Quote and booking

• Every rental starts with a written quote naming the laptop, term, rental charge, deposit, taxes and delivery arrangements.
• A booking is confirmed when the quote is accepted and the deposit and first rental period are paid.

Deposit and payment

• A refundable deposit and the first rental period are paid upfront by UPI, card or net banking.
• The deposit is refunded at the end of the term after inspection, as set out in the signed rental terms.
• A GST invoice is available on request.

Handover and identity

• Identity, delivery and setup details are confirmed before handover.
• The laptop is handed over with its charger and the accessories listed in the quote.

During the rental

• If the rented laptop fails, a replacement is provided subject to the signed terms and availability.
• Damage from drops, liquid spills or misuse, and screen or keyboard damage beyond normal wear, are not covered.

Return

• The return date and collection are agreed in advance. Extensions follow the signed rental terms.
