What we collect when you ask for or take a laptop rental, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, phone number, email (optional) and the delivery address.
- Rental details: the laptop rented, the term, the deposit and the invoice.
- Identity details needed to release a rented laptop, as confirmed before handover.
- Payment references only. Card and UPI details are handled by your bank or payment app; we do not store them.
- Anonymous site analytics (pages viewed, device type, country), and the taps on the call and WhatsApp buttons.
Why we use it
- To quote, deliver, collect and invoice your rental, and to refund the deposit.
- To meet tax and invoicing rules in India.
Who we share it with
- Nobody outside the company, except payment providers and tax authorities as the law requires. We never sell or rent your data.
Your choices
- WhatsApp us "delete my data" and we delete your contact and rental record within 7 working days, except invoice data the law requires us to keep.

- This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to count visits and the taps on the call and WhatsApp buttons.
